Your Mental Challenge

If you are still thinking your weight loss will be a struggle, you are doing a disservice to yourself as well.  Stop the negative mindset, and evolve into a positive and ever motivated thin person.  You can not find happiness in a bag of chips.  Your fast food trips must stop.  You are going to have to love nutritional food.  If you are making excuses and always saying you hate vegetables, you are going to have no success.  It is very important that you do not mince words or start and excuse network that will ensure you lose your successful weight loss process.

Above all else, you need to be kind to yourself.  Allow yourself time to find the right way to absorb this new positive mindset and become excited about eating healthy.  It is a very powerful choice you are making.  You are against some very powerful propaganda from your family, friends and media.  It is important for you to stay focused, get support, and remain committed to your weight loss success.  Do not let yourself down!  You can do this, and enjoy your new life, which will be so much better for you, in so many ways!
