Coconut Oil Rocks!

One of the greatest ways to lose weight is to incorporate great nutritious foods that also taste great!  One of those great foods is coconut oil.  You can really benefit from this fantastic fat in many ways.

It is a really great fat for your weight loss goals.  For one, your body is going to absorb this fat in the correct way, but using the nutrition it provides, while using the compound as a way to provide much needed energy.

If you are working out, and need a boost, take coconut oil and  make a powerful asian stir-fry with your favorite fresh protein and veggies.  I like to take some organic chicken, saute it in the oil, then add some chilis and some white pepper for seasoning.  Then, I add in some red onion, snow peas, some bok choy, and some shredded carrots for the veggies.  If you want, add in some raisins or cranberries to add a little sweetness.  It is a great way to boost your workout, and make you want more when you are done.

Try slowly searing some salmon, and then add in some capers and a little lemon with the coconut oil.  Then, serve the salmon on some boston bibb lettuce, and pour some great apple cider vinegar to spice it up a little.  Add some asparagus, or green beans and you are ready to go!

Your Weight Loss Strategies need to improve, but only because you have not been given the correct information that can lead you forward into success.  If you have the correct strategy for you and your body alone, you can see steady improvement without losing quality of life.

Your addiction to sugar, will have to be addressed, and everyone in our modern day, should decide to remove sugar and its starchy cousins from our everyday life.  Too many of us, are eating unnatural and unwelcome foods, that offer no real nutritional value.

You need to find your positive Edge!

If you are reading this, and want to lose weight, and do not have any excuses to not do so, You are on your way to a new life!  I am so excited to support you and give you the strength to be the better and happier you.

No more living in the past, you are going to adopt a new lifestyle, and a new nutritional way of living.  You can not do this without support.  You need to find others that have done this in a new and innovative way.

It does involve dropping sugars and salts. It involves eating one ingredient foods.  If you are a fast food junkie, and not really ready to drop that habit, this diet is not for you.  You need to really take hold of your food choices, and let yourself grow into not an overweight and unhappy person, but the healthy person you know you really are.

The biggest problem is you need to change  your mindset.  You will need to drop all of the excuses and the reasons that are keeping you heavy.  If you have developed a lot of choices that you are going to have some trouble giving up, you need to find a reason, the one reason that will turn your mind around to the new and better you!

Is this the biggest question, that many of us have today or what?!  It is amazing to see that some people are thin, healthy, and happy, while there are so many that suffer.

What are the secret choices and weight loss solutions that these thin people have adopted?  Why are they losing weight, and staying thin, when so many are gaining weight, being led into diabetes, high blood pressure, and early death?  What are the secrets of these thin people?

It really does have to do with great nutrition choices, and simple consistent exercise.  The choices that thin people make are always revolving around these good and healthy choices.  They eat fruits and vegetables.  They exercise consistently.  They do not always indulge in sugars and salty foods.  They love to eat, they love to cook, and they live a happy healthy life!

Thin people too, are not afraid to let you know they are always fighting the battle of the bulge.  It is easy to lose focus, and eat too much processed foods, and sugars.  Our society is full of these malicious foods!

But, the one thing that thin people always do, is find nutritious colorful foods on a regular basis.  They know that eating healthy makes them feed good.  They have a positive edge, and do not over eat.  They follow some snacking regimes, where they are never starved for food.  They will eat little meals throughout the day.

They always drink water, never soda.  They are often tea drinkers. And, they have great lives that are positive and good for themselves, their families and their friends.  They have found the reason to live and be happy.
