Thinking Thin

It is surprising often times how much we are counter-productive to ourselves.  We have decided along our experiences, that we must do things in a certain fashion, and they must be just so.  We have decided that everything will need to be perfect.  It is all or nothing sometimes, and if you have this perfect image of what must occur in order for you to find the solution, you will never start.

Your motivation must begin with yourself.  If you are ready to change, and you have accepted the fact that you and only you can endure to strive and find the solutions, you will adapt and evolve into your thin you.  You can not be thin with a fat person’s mind.  You need to find what is ensuring you stay fat.  It is all in your mindset.   You already know what steps you must follow to be thin.  There is no magic pill or bullet program to lose weight quickly and keep it off.  You need to be ready to change.

Your inner dialogue must change.  You have to begin a process of remembering how valued and wonderful you are.  Many times, you will be sad and depressed when you begin your new initiative to lose weight.  It is important once again, to remove the thought that you are losing anything in your life other than being fat.  You are not losing anything other than fat on your body.  The things you will gain in life are far better than anything you believe you are losing.  You are going to be free from the constant problems of being overweight.

This is Why you Are Not Losing Weight

Are you constantly finding yourself choosing the wrong food, and just giving into temptations on a daily basis?  This is the number one reason people do not lose weight on a diet.  It simply does not work to go on a restrictive diet, as you always feel, and think that you are giving something up.  When you are constantly fighting the underlying thoughts and emotions in your mind, you are always going to lose in this weight loss plan.

Your brain works in one way, it absorbs information, and applies it to your motivations and dreams.  If you are finding more weight loss tips are understood by your facts and figures, and you are constantly searching for new and innovative ways to lose weight, you are well on your way to learning more about your thin lifestyle.  You can do it!  You just need to find a better way to chip away at your motivation.

Often times, a person will go through an event or an actual occurence that has caused you to really analyze what is important to you.  You can not stop this progression, it is a life changing event, and for some people, this is the catalyst that brings you forward.  This often is an event that you would not wish on your enemy, a really bad event that may even threaten your life in some way.  Auto accident, death of a family member, job loss, or an occurence that makes you think about what is really important.  So often we build into our minds things that we insist must occur, and build up excuses and reasons why we need these physical things or tasks to be completed.  We often have no reality based into this process.

That is why, when you experience a life style change, it is so important for you to really analyze your life.  Look at how you function on a day to day basis.  Keep a journal, and write down what you are doing, how you are feeling, and how you are acting after you complete each step in your day.  Do this for a week, and you can see that you are really doing many things that are poor choices for your weight loss goals.  Your weight loss will not occur until you are really ready for it to occur.  If you review your journal after a week, you are going to see how blocked you really are.

Great Fat Can Make You Thin

If you are looking for something hearty, saute some white beans in coconut oil, and then add them to italian sausage with some broccoli rabe.  Be sure to steam the rabe in hot water, and save some of the hot water, to pour over the beans and the sausage mix.

If you are looking for coconut oil, you will be sure to find it in your health food store, and it is a white solid oil that comes in a jar.  It does not require refrigeration, and just needs to be stored in a dark, cool place.  Wherever you use oil, butter, or fat, use this solid oil.

It is easily liquefied by heat, so you can use it with a light vinegar and some herbs for a great salad dressing.  Use it to sauce up your scrambled eggs, and be sure to try your healthy baking recipes with this very practical fat.

Make sure to buy only organic and expeller pressed coconut oil, and ensure that it is non-hydrogenated.  This is very important, as you do not want to undo any efforts in your weight loss efforts.  Hydrogenated products will undo your entire day, and cause your body to only work on those chemical additives, as it will need to effectively remove them from your body.
