Eat your way to Success!

All the food choices you make need to be the right ones, and for the right reasons.  If you are doing this new diet because someone has told you that you should, you will not succeed.
It is important that you have the right motivation and positive edge to fight all the distractions and bad food choices that are all around us.
Once you make the choice to eat right for yourself, and you alone, you can really make this new lifestyle stick!
The most important things you can do, is eat little meals, eat throughout the day whenever you are hungry, and do not eat 2 hours before you go to bed.  Stop your over consumption, and start your little meals.  This really will help you lose weight.
Whenever you eat large and huge meals, you are messing with fire.  The metabolic rate in your body is going to be very variable, and this contributes to fat storage.  When you eat regularly, your body is constantly digesting, and will not have time for storage.  The meals need to be regular, small and healthy.

The most critical piece of information when you are trying to lose weight, is the performance of one of your digestive powerhouse organs, your liver.  If you are eating preservatives, chemically laden foods, diet pop, and sugars, your liver will be overworked.  It is constantly removing these horrible items from your food.  It takes effort to do this, and lucky for you, your liver is a hard worker.   This organ is responsible for all the filter and organization of your nutrition.  And, when you have little nutrition coming in, it is very busy indeed!

Fat, Chemicals and Your Liver

When you are eating foods that are high in chemicals and additives, your liver can only keep up with removing these items.  The main job of the liver, is to keep your body cleansed, but also, to remove excess fat from your system.  So, when you overload your system with chemicals, it has no time to remove the fat in the new food, and off to storage it goes.

Remove the Chemicals, Lose the Fat

When you take away the chemicals, you take away the work for your liver.  There are more opportunities for your body to remove fat you have eaten that day, and, the fat you are storing.  The liver works in order of priorities, chemicals, new fat, stored fat.

So, lighten your liver’s work load, and you will have a better chance of losing some of your stored fat.  Makes sense doesn’t it?  When have you ever lost weight on a low calorie, preservative filled diet?  When have you gained weight?  Usually after eating lots of chemicals and additives.
