If you are working out, and need a boost, take coconut oil and make a powerful asian stir-fry with your favorite fresh protein and veggies. I like to take some organic chicken, saute it in the oil, then add some chilis and some white pepper for seasoning. Then, I add in some red onion, snow peas, some bok choy, and some shredded carrots for the veggies. If you want, add in some raisins or cranberries to add a little sweetness. It is a great way to boost your workout, and make you want more when you are done.
Try slowly searing some salmon, and then add in some capers and a little lemon with the coconut oil. Then, serve the salmon on some boston bibb lettuce, and pour some great apple cider vinegar to spice it up a little. Add some asparagus, or green beans and you are ready to go!
