Not only is this sign telling you to take time to relax, but to do it with food. That is not a pure American pastime, but, the kind of food is. In other parts of the world, food is regarded as an honor, a privilege and a true devotion to life.
The food we eat, really does become us. We are fat and overweight when we eat chemicals, toxins, and fat that is saturated with chemicals and toxins. When we eat natural items, without sodium and without over chemically ordered sugars and starches, we find true health and success. It is a terrible cycle of pain and tragedy, and I am so glad you are willing to learn why!
Begin a New Life of Empowerment
The American food culture begins in childhood with fast food, sugar, starch and chemical flavorings. We become adjusted to less color in our diet, less taste, and more fat, sugar, and starch. It is the progression of our lives down a scary path. What ends up happening, is we are sad, depressed as adults, overweight, and unhealthy.
We take a pill to become happy again, sit around and eat more of the same terrible shelf life food that we were raised on. We eat until we feel full, which becomes more food that we really need, and we never feel full. It is because we are missing so much, so many vitamins and minerals. So, we take a multi-vitamin.
The food industry makes frozen meals to help us cope with our stressful lives. It creates sodium diet plans, and sticks them in the freezer. Steps away, are the answers, the green leafy veggies, the fruits and raw nuts, the pure oils and fats that provide the bricks of nutrition. It seems so complicated, and it really is confusing. We buy the frozen food.
Then, we end up having an major health issue, that causes real concern. We have a heart attack, a stroke, or we end up suffering the slow pain of diabetes. Our kidneys fail, and we go to dialysis. The cycle continues, with lots of expensive health treatments, and unreal symptomatic solutions, to actual problems that all point back to the beginning days of nutrition.
Be a Rebel, and Eat the Fresh Stuff
If you are still wondering what this has to do with your diet, well, pretty much everything. If you walk around the outside of your grocery store, you will find most of your nutrition. If you stay away from the frozen food meals, you are doing well. If you eat only one frozen food, veggies and fruits, you are doing well. If you give up dangerous chemicals and only eat one ingredient items, you are such a rebel.
