Toxins and Your Liver
One of the quickest and easiest things you can do is to remove toxic elements from your life. Your liver, the key to your weight loss efforts, will need you to clean up your act. Try to drink water, only water.
If you can, drop the soda habit completely. There are great teas and enhanced waters for those times that you are feeling you need something more. Become a tea drinker. The process of boiling water, steeping the tea bag, and then waiting for the drink to cool, is a real stress relaxer as well. You do not have to buy fancy or special teas, but there are great teas that can boost your weight loss efforts with acai berry or special herbs like senna.
